Add a New Customer Contact
Once a customer interacts with your business in Pigeon, you can add the new customer to your contact list for easily follow ups. The easiest way to do this is straight from your chat.
To save a contact:
- Go to your Chat page
- Open the chat with a person whose contact you want to save
- Click the Info icon in the top right corner of the chat's main dashboard. The Chat information sidebar menu will appear on the right
- Click ➕ button next to the person's name. ➕ button will change to the Info button
When the contact is added to your contact list, it appears in My Contacts.
