Closed cases are stored in the Archive of your Chats page. Your cases can be found also in the Archive of your Profile page.

To view archived cases:

  1. Go to the Pigeon's sidebar menu on the left and click Profile (the left bottom corner).
  2. Click Archive in the Profile's submenu.
  3. To view the details of a specific case, choose the case from the list and click it.

To export archived cases:

  1. Click the Export ⬇ icon next to the Search field.
  2. Tick next to each chat you want to export.
  3. Click Export cases on the right. A Report generated window will appear.
  4. Choose the format of the report (PDF or HTML). If you changed your mind, click Close to cancel the download.
