Archived Cases

All closed cases are stored in the Archive folder of your Chats Page. It is handy when you want to check a conversation history with a certain customer or find a specific case. You can look through and even export chats and cases if needed.

To export the Archive cases:

  1. Go to Archive folder in your Chat Page
  2. Click the Export icon next to the Search field
  3. Tick next to each chat you want to export
  4. Click Export cases on the right. A Report generated window will appear
  5. Choose the needed format of the report (PDF or HTML) and click it. Click Close if you want to cancel the operation

You can also access your Archive from your profile.
