Every Associate's contacts folder includes their Directory, My contacts and Shared.
Under Directory, you will find your internal organization's structure. This is comprised of individual contacts, group contacts, and the main Directory. The main Directory window allows you to see organization by department and sub-department. It also allows you to view the customer view, which removes any hidden contacts. Hidden contacts are only available for certain VIP customers and your internal team.
Under My contacts, you will find any external contacts that you have saved to your personal contact book. Here you can find the Personal Information that has been shared, as well as initiate communication if that has been granted.
Under Shared, you will find contacts that have been shared with you.
