Pigeon was created with one goal in mind: make customer service simpler and smarter.
To get started with Pigeon for Business, you will need to set up a business account. If you are the person setting up the business account, start here.
If the business account has already been set up, your organization's Admin must add or invite you to join your organization's Pigeon team. Once you've set up your account, it's a good idea to get to know the basics of Pigeon by watching our Business Overview demo video.
Keep in mind that there are different levels of Business users.
- If you are an Admin, you will have additional areas of Pigeon that General Pigeon Users - or Associates - do not have. For any Admin-specific questions, go to the Admin Users section of our Help Center.
