All closed cases are stored in the Archive folder of your Chats Page. It is handy when you want to check a conversation history with a certain customer or find a specific case. You can look through and even export chats and cases if needed.
To export the Archive cases:
- Go to Archive folder in your Chat Page
- Click the Export icon next to the Search field
- Tick next to each chat you want to export
- Click Export cases on the right. A Report generated window will appear
- Choose the needed format of the report (PDF or HTML) and click it. Click Close if you want to cancel the operation
