View Customer Contacts' Information

Every customer that has interacted with you or your organization in Pigeon has general contact information that can be viewed through Contacts or Chats.

To see the contact's information through Contacts:

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Choose Customers and click it to open. Select All for all customers or Opt-in for customers that have opted in to allow your business to initiate communication with them
  3. Start typing the name of the person in the Search field or just scroll and choose the contact from your list
  4. Click the contact's field. The Contact information window will open

To see the contact's information through Chats:

  1. Go to your Chats page
  2. Open External inbox
  3. Start typing the name of the customer in the Search field or just scroll and choose the chat with this customer from your chat list
  4. Click the Chat info icon in the top right corner of the chat's main dashboard. The Chat information window will appear on the right
  5. Click Info next to the customer's name and ID. The Contact information window will open

The Info button appears next to the customer's name and ID only if the person is already on your Contact list. If you see ➕  next to the customer's name and ID, add the contact to your Contact list first.
